Intro/Level 1 Teacher Training

 

Learn how to be a pole instructor and/or deepen your pole practice! In this weekend intensive we will cover the foundational skills and knowledge to teach beginner pole classes. View class schedule below.

Weekend of Oct 18 and 19th, 2025
Saturday 10am-5pm (1-1:45pm lunch)
Sunday 10am - 5pm (1-1:45pm lunch)

In this course we will cover how to put together a safe and fun beginner pole class verbal queing how to create a fun and effective warm up Spotting techniques class management and more Includes manual and access to video library of moves

This training is perfect for:

  • Students interested in becoming teachers
  • Current Pole instructors who want to expand their knowledge
  • Students who want to deepen their Pole Practice, and may not have a current interest in teaching themselves

    We recommended training in pole consistently (training at least 1-2 times a week) for at least a year before doing this training. It is required to already know how to safely, consistently and correctly be able to execute core foundational beginner pole work before doing the training. (comfort and consistency in beginner spins, climbing, layback, wristseat etc).
